Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
